The essential sodium alginate ingredient is low enough that two spoonfuls are required per dose for this to be effective, which means fewer doses per purchase compared to other products, and it disappears awfully fast taking 2 to 4 times per day! That said, this is by far the best tasting reflux therapy product I have tried, so if you can afford the high price I definitely would recommend it.
