I can’t describe how great this is. Forces you to relax. One of my favourite purchases of 2025. I have along with the mat and have fallen asleep on it dozens of times. Feels like it shouldn’t work but it absolutely does - definitely worth having the pillow if you have the mat- and it’s the real deal quality wise

This pillow is worth it. I have accupuncture regularly to help with neck pain and headaches, and this pillow is the closest I’ve found to getting the same effect at home. Doesn’t hurt. Really helps.

So I have been using my ShaktiMat and pillow for a couple of weeks now, the pain is intense to start with, with deep breathing for 3 -5 mins I then start to settle down. I have fallen in a sleep while still on the mat regularly, my sleep at night has gone to another level and go right through the night easily now

Good size, I prefer the larger pillow so more of my neck and shoulders benefit .I've used other makes for some time, so pain was not unexpected, I believe it helps, but the jury is still out as I've not had this one long.

Can you love a pillow? It treats me mean but keeps me keen. Yes. You can love a pillow.

Why did I never try one of these before?! This Shakti Acupressure pillow gives you all of the benefits of an acupressure (or acupuncture) session but in the comfort of your own home and it saves you a lot of money too! I'm not new to either acupressure or acupuncture, and I find both methods are excellent for pain relief, relieving tension and stress relief, it really does work, and basically this pillow works the same way - there are a lot of little spikes (my pillow is level 1, you can have 2 or 3 depending on how much ouch you can take!) that press into your skin on the pressure points. Give it a chance because your initial reaction will probably be "ouch!!" , after a few minutes the ouch will go away and your literally feel your body relax - it's pure bliss! The way I feel afterwards is soo much better! I want to get the matching mat as well to be honest!! Your pillow comes with leaflets explaining how this all works better than I can, but I definitely feel the difference and find this lovely pillow is good as a session - actually better in some ways, value for money is the obvious one but also you can take this with you and have an acupressure session anywhere and at anytime you need it. The pillow is the perfect size to get all those pressure points and support you, the foam inside makes it extra comfy, and you can actually unzip the outer part to clean it if you need to.Shakti pillows are handmade in India made of 100% organic cotton, in a fair trade factory that looks after the workers (you get a nice hand signed card from the actual artist who made your pillow) and helps the community in a number of ways, so you aren't just benefitting yourself but you're helping others and being good to the environment by choosing this product - the leaflets inside explain this as well. I love all of those things!I've taken some pictures of my pillow with it's original box and leaflets - it arrived in perfect condition but silly me has been using the pillow first before remembering to take pics! I've put it back as it was so you can get an idea of how nicely packed it arrives but this is my pillow after I've been using it.I 10000% recommend the Shakti pillow, it's a fantastic well made product that does exactly what it says - I love mine!

I was skeptical of this product, but decided to give it a chance as I suffer from tightness in my neck and upper back. While it takes a few minutes to adjust where it kind of hurts, it soon turns into a very relaxing feeling. I use it every day and I have to say when I get up I feel refreshed. The pillow and spikes are well designed and feel very high quality. I think it is the perfect size to put out of the way when you're not using it but big enough to cover a significant portion when you lay on it. The pillowcase can be removed for cleaning, I appreciate this added functionality. Overall, it gets plenty of use at my house so I would recommend this pillow and I believe it to be a solid value.

I am so new to Shakti concept I never tried one before.I am impressed with this pillow, overall the fabric feels lovely and the workmanship is perfect.The fabric is made of organic cotton, and it feels high end. The packaging makes it good for gift giving, elegant and clean.The flower spikes are securely attached and perfectly clean, the spikes are *very* sharp.My experience with the pillow:— pleasant over clothing, but the spikes damage my clothing— directly on skin, the initial pain is response is very strong, almost unbearable. Apparently this is only level one for beginners, I cannot even imagine how the higher levels must feel— I decided to really give it the time, and quite soon I started to feel my blood pulse in the area. After that I eventually started to feel heat flowing in, and the pain disappeared. I reached a point of pleasant relaxation— later in the day I realized that the pillow really helped me with back pain managementI am definitely surprised at how this pillow works. I believe that it helps because it brings my blood to the surface. My skin was red for a very long time afterwards.At this point I like the pillow so much, that I am considering getting the mattress as well.This is a very high quality product, and it actually really worked for me.*in photo you see my back, there is a white line of skin in the middle because I changed position on the pillowRecommended‘Thank you.

Love love love this pillow. I started off with the mat and the addition of the pillow is bliss. I think starting out with level 2 would be better for me personally as the hair mutes the points a bit. You do need to give it some time, the first 10 mins is going to push you and be uncomfortable, but if you can make it past this to 20 minutes you will feels the tingles and experience the positive feelings as the product describes. The pillow is very soft (minus the spikes) and is very comfortable to rest on. 10/10 would recommend
