Used this when traveling to Germany. It was a little too big & bulky. I would recommend something smaller.

We bought two of these for use in China. One worked for about 2-3 days and is now completely dead and useless. The other is still working but when we used it with a slow cooker, the appliance quit working completely after about 30 minutes. Not sure whether the heating element has burned up or what happened. It also has a fairly noisy cooling fan. Very disappointed as it has all the features I would like in a quality converter. Definitely NOT recommended.

no heavy use. only use to charge phone, usb charge,... but stop working only after less than 2-week trip

Travelled to Germany, plugged in my portable DVD player to charge, it literally burned up with smoke. Could not use it at all after that.

One star is an exaggeration but had no choice. My high speed blender worth over $300 and Computer both were damaged using this converter. It made odd noises and i had no way to know before my trip. Should have conducted an international business demo and thanks to this garbage that ship had sailed.

An impressive universal charger to use overseas or stateside. Has all the adapters for East and West continents. Works well, no issues.
