Best to try them on beforehand if you can so you can get the size right. The sizing on them is almost meaningless. I normally wear a 10.5 wide, had to go a full size up to 11.5 wide. The previous version I was at 11, and an earlier version it was right on. The only thing I don't like about this version is the tongue being attached on one side, but, this is the only major brand that seems to make wide wrestling shoes in terms of Asics, Nike, Adidas, etc. I also have the Chinese ones branded as Sisttka, and they have been pretty decent and much lower cost.
