I was really surprised when I received this. I read the reviews looking for dried and salted. Most said this, but still, what if it is not true? I ordered a different brand before saying this and when they arrived, it wasn't dried enough. It rolled up into a ball and chewing was difficult as it was in a wad. So, the contain arrived and I waited a few days to open it. Would it be dried and salted or wadded tough paper feeling? OK, I finally gave in and opened it. I was very happy and surprised. It is dried and crunchy. (Like a potato chip) The flavor was greater than expected and it did not turn into a wad. I reach into it every day and grab a bite or two. Ok, that was a lie. I can eat four or five bites at a grab. So, if you want really dried and salty, this is the brand for you. I highly recommend this seaweed.

Wakame dried seaweed i enjoy to eat in my dinner meals, since it has iodine and instead of using salt I prefer wakame dried seaweed, for flavor and just to simply not use salt.

Decent price for the quantity and quality of the seaweed. I like to make my own seaweed salad. Conveniently chopped.

It doesn't look like much in the container, but once it rehydrates it it's beautiful. Great flavor and texture and it makes a lot. Good quality and good packaging. Should last a while
