I purchase these cameras because it had a home base in which to record video from the cameras on which means no service charge. It also has a cloud storage available at a charge. It was easy to setup and to install the cameras. Camera picture quality is pretty good even at night and provides added security for my home along with an alarm and give you the ability to communicate to whoever is in camera view. These cameras are much better value than my previous camera system and response time is better as well. I can view anywhere on my phone or tablet. After about 3 months of use one of the cameras stopped charging. I sent a email to the manufacture and they were quick to respond. They asked me to provide a short email of the problem which I did and within a day or two they responded saying they would send out a replacement camera. After less than a week i received the new camera and installed it. So far the new camera is working well. I greatly appreciate the quick response from this company and would recomment these cameras.

Great residential home cameras overall. They work well on my phone, and the notifications are convenient and timely. The installation was super easy, which I really appreciated. One limitation is that if I’m connected to a different network (for example, at work), I have to disconnect from Wi-Fi and switch to mobile data for the camera view to load. Battery life can also drain quickly with frequent motion. The camera that captures part of my neighbour’s house needs to be recharged more often than the others due to constant activity. I purchased these cameras mainly to keep an eye on a raccoon problem in my backyard. Sometimes the motion sensor doesn’t catch it right away and only starts recording once the animal is closer to the camera, which can be a bit frustrating. That said, for the price, I’m still happy with the purchase. With a few improvements, these cameras would be excellent.

These cameras are easy to setup and easy to use. Videos are clear on my phone, and notifications are customizable. Support is also very good. After 5 months of having the camera, I had a problem with the battery on one camera dying a couple of days after charging. Ann from support made it easy to send the required information to them, and within a day, they had shipped a replacement. I know that sometimes things go wrong, but these guys addressed it quickly. She responded quickly, politely and professionally. Great product and support. I recommend

PURCHASED AUG 17, 2025 So far so good…set up was very easy. The mounts are OK. We’ll see how they hold up over time. Also very eager to see how well the battery life is. They’re advertised for 240 days but obviously depends on a lot of factors. Charging only once a year would be incredible. Video quality appears to be very good and the app is decent. The WiFi signal strength seems good so far, something my old Blink cameras struggled with. The LiveView pulls up very quick. OCT 7, 20205 (50 day update since purchase) I have 3 cameras that record a lot of footage on a daily basis. These cameras were down to 10-15% at day 50, which is much lower than the advertised “240 days” on a single charge. I added detection zones to these cameras to try to help battery consumption. I was not willing to put them in the power saving mode, which limits recording to only 20 secs. I also have “adjust automatically” chosen for the detection sensitivity on all of the cameras. I charged all of the cameras to 100% today. we’ll see how long I get out of them this go around with the above settings selected. Overall, I really like the cameras. The app is good. The live view opens fast. The resolution is clear. I’ll update this review again in about 60 days. NOV 11, 2025 (+35 days since above update) My 2 cameras in "high traffic" areas are 10% or lower after only 35 days. I have gone through the settings and enabled every power-saving option available, within reason. These include: "Person only" setting and the "Detection Zone" setting. I have set the zone to be within a reasonable distance, as to conserve battery life by potentially recording less due to decreased motion detection. I also have "Adjust automatically" setting turned on under Detection sensitivity. There are a couple settings I refuse to enable for security reasons such as: Power-saving mode. This would reduce the recording time from 60 secs maximum to only 20 seconds maximum. I do not want to miss potentially crucial recording footage by enabling this setting. I spoke with Customer Service today (11-11-25), she agreed with all my settings above but recommended instead of having "adjust automatically" on, that I should turn it off and set the sensitivity to medium or less. She escalated my claim and advised I will receive a response within 24 hrs. I will update the results here later. UPDATE 11-11-25: Support advised me to set detection zones on all cameras and ensure “human only” setting is on. She advised my cameras are recording hundreds of invalid events per day which is draining the batteries. I am already using detection zones and human only setting. ********* I have fully recharged the cameras today (11-11-25), we will see how the battery life does after changing the sensitivity setting from “adjust automatically” to “medium”
