After only one month of use - First of all the vision on the watch began to fail; the lines & marks on the watch face gradually diminished. This was not cause by any maltreatment by the wearer, a responsible adult. The watch was kept charged, so this wasn't the problem either. After a few days of being unable to see much on the watch face, the watch totally closed down, didn't record anything on the phone app. Apparently, it died! What good is this? ...... & how awful to to give a gift that fails. I would also add that no options were given as to the watch strap - only one size & this was not good for the owner, a man with a large wrist; it did fasten but only just & slightly tight. I am now monitoring the performance of the second watch that I purchased. This has only been in use one week now. I will claim a refund if this one fails.
