Excellent scooter, but heavier and faster than I expected!
UPDATE 2 (5 STARS): the customer support reached out and made things right by sending spare parts and repair instructions. They deserve 5 stars for their service quality. UPDATE 1 (2 STARS): after just one month of ownership, I am bumping this scooter way down in rating. After the very first ride, the right-side indicator LED on the handbar has gone dim (see photos). I am also finding the range of the scooter to be about half of the advertised range at ~10 miles, which is disappointing. I weigh about 190lbs and ride on mostly flat roads, so that's disappointing to me. I have tried to contact the manufacturer and if they do not respond, then I will initiate a return. ORIGINAL REVIEW (5 STARS): I got this scooter to make my commute more bearable and I think this one will do just fine. The scooter feels solid and well-built, granted I have only had it for a few hours. The assembly is simple, though be careful pulling it out of the box it comes in because you could accidentally damage the break wire. The lights are very bright, especially the turn indicators, which will be good for safety. I weighed the scooter and it measured 29.9lbs for me, which is a little higher than advertised but it's acceptable to me. I will say this: turns out 30lbs is quite heavy! I'm 5'8" 190lbs and reasonably in shape, even so I was surprised at how heavy this thing was. I can get it up the stairs relatively easily, but it's by no means "light". Now I'm really glad I didn't go for a heavier scooter! There are four drive modes. In ECO, it'll do 10MPH. In D, it will do 15MPH. In S mode, I managed to hit 18MPH though only momentarily before dropping back to 17MPH. This was another surprise for me. 18MPH was WAY faster than I thought! Again, it made me very glad I didn't dish out more money for a faster scooter because 18MPH feels scary enough! Over all, I highly recommend this scooter for a commuter. I haven't tested the range just yet, but so far it seems to live up to the marketing claims so I'm happy! Let's hope it lasts!

Fun and good safety features
I bought 2 scooters so both of my kids have one to ride. The scooter is a lot of fun! I'm about 200 lbs and generally keep to speed with the kids (except on hills). The scootwrs seem nicer then comparible scooters from other brands my kids friends have. I like that it has a headlight, tail light and blinkers. They don't usually ride in the dark, but it has happened a few times coming home from a friend's house. These features work well and do keep them safer. I had to contact customer service recently for a small issue. They have been very helpful on resolving my issue. I would recommend this scooter.

Jurys out on this one - all reviews are: "Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product"
I just purchased and received this product, so far it appears to be of good quality and function, what bothers me is I just noticed really good reviews but all from "Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product" input. Seems odd no one else has reviewed this product, biased review? For this reason I am only able to give a 3 star rating, time will tell if I upgrade this and I'll update here if I keep this scooter or not. Update after 10 days - not much power on hills down to 4 mph, May have to return this for one more powerful. Update - A month later my daughter uses it at school and switched into the โDโ setting and "S" for strong? It does much better on hills and sheโs happy with it, for the price seems like a good buy. Update Feb. 2025 - scooter was locked by the app and now wonโt unlock, found if your phone loses binding after you lock it you can't unlock it, stopped using the lock option as to not get stuck somewhere until a workaround is found. Worked with customer support and they gave several options around this, apologized as well as sent us a front bike carrying case worth $25 for our trouble so that was nice.

It's strong, durable and smooth to ride. Battery is great so far.
Got this today. Although I haven't used it for a long time yet I'm pretty impressed. I had one of those Unagi scooters, actually I've had two of them before so I'm only have those to compare this to. This is So much better to use than the unagi scooters. Everything about this scooter from the quality of it the durability the smoothness and your ride because they both have the fake wheels. It has more options and features including the app which my scooter didn't have. Cruise control is a nice feature too. And so far the battery seems to be so much better than unagi. A few miles and unagi was dying every time. Both of the ones that I had. I think it was the e500 or something like that. So this one is pretty cheap and price to quality of the scooter itself is very strong and terrible It's easy to use Rights nicely and I love it so far. We'll see if it stays that way.

so many issues
This thing sucks. I was told not to buy an off brand scooter since they aren't very reliable, but since i am a college student I only need it to commute around campus, and the fact that I don't use it everday, I thought it would be fine to get an off brand since I won't heavily rely on it. Completely regret this decision. The 2nd day of using this scooter, it was slightly drizzling, and not even 5 minutes into the scooter ride the scooter started showing it was overheating. I have no clue why it was overheating. Second, this scooter is advertised as going up to 19 mph. I never ever reached that speed even going downhill. Maybe if I was above the 265 weight limit it wouldn't go that fast, but nope, even after being extremely under it, I still couldn't reach 19 mph even going downhill. My college campus has many hills, and whenever I try to go uphill, even if it's slightly a little uphill, my scooter slows down and at one point goes around 2-3 mph where I have to manually kickback for it to speed up. Even after using this only a few days for a few minutes, it shows so many issues, if you plan on getting this for everyday usage for long periods of time, I would EXTREMELY recommend getting something else.

I Love it โ
My First Scooter โ I Absolutely Love It! This is my first electric scooter and I couldnโt be happier with it. Itโs incredibly lightweight yet feels solid and secure, making it perfect for everyday use. The scooter rides smoothly and folds up quickly, which makes it super easy to carry onto the metro rail system โ a game-changer for my commute! It also charges very fast, so itโs always ready when I need it. I really appreciate the different driving modes that let me choose a safe and comfortable speed. The front light and rear brake light provide excellent visibility, especially in the evenings. Even my daughter uses it every single day and enjoys it just as much as I do. Safety first: Always wear a helmet!

So Worth It!!!
Iโm super impressed with this little scooter. I bought it just to roam around my neighborhood and to use as my transport for my commute to and from work and it has been perfect. I love that I can go places with this scooter. Also, the whole thing folds down in seconds so I can carry it anywhere and it's easy to keep it somewhere. Signals and lights are awesome as I have peace of mind when riding after dark that people and vehicles will see me. It was a very easy and smooth process when I ordered from Amazon.

Speed and battery life dying quick, but customer service fixed it!
At first it was amazing but now after a few months the speed is half on sport mode and it dies half the distance now. Still enjoyable but I know I'll need a new battery which I feel Invanti should repair or replace. Update: After being contacted by Invanti customer service they have provided all the servicing to repair for free and the scooter will soon be working at full capacity as rarely a battery is defective and it happens, but the service I received was above and beyond. I'm extremely happy with the results.

Scooter review
Overall, this is a good scooter. I did experience an issue with the motor, but thankfully it was covered under the one-year manufacturer's warranty. The customer service team was responsive, prompt, and easy to work with throughout the process. They quickly confirmed that the motor would be replaced under warranty and kept me informed along the way. While it's unfortunate that the issue occurred, I'm very happy with how it was handled. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and they stood behind their product.

The Best Customer Service!
If there were an award for "Most Patient Company Dealing With Children Who Treat Scooters Like Stunt Props" INVANTI would win it. My son has somehow managed to break his scooter not once, but twice (Please bare in mind that it made it one whole year before it took a good tumble and became bent, this scooter is DURABLE). The first time the issue was covered under warranty and the replacement was handled so quickly (scooter arrived within four days) I was genuinely shocked. The second time was 100% kid induced and even then, their team responded immediately and helped us get the replacement part we needed without any hassle. In a world where customer service often feels like arguing with a brick wall, Ivanti has been the complete opposite. Every interaction has been friendly, helpful and efficient. They answer questions, provide solutions and genuinely seem to care about their customers. The scooter has been great(we are now a family of two scooters) but the customer service has honestly been the standout experience for me. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products and treats customers with kindness and respect every step of the way. To the Ivanti team, thank you for making scooter ownership easier for parents of adventurous children with questionable risk assessment skills. Your support has been outstanding and it has not gone unnoticed. Highly recommend!
