Tasty delicious and so convenient. Great snack too. Size is a bit smaller than I thought. One doesn't often have this vegetable on hand, so to have it for emergencies is real handy.

The texture is a learning curve but great for cream of asparagus soup. As a side for a meal it's not suitable.

This product was not only tiny pieces, similar to chopped green onions., but very woody. Thought it was a freeze dried product that you could just munch on, like the apples, peaches or bananas that I freeze dry. Couldn’t chew it plain out of the can, too fibrous. Tried steaming it, inside of pieces were brown, possibly harvested at the wrong time. Steaming did not produce a product that was easy to chew, and the flavor wasn’t good. Would like to have returned it, it’s against Amazon policy, so will never buy again. Not good value for the expensive price.
