I used brown rather than dark brown, put through the roots and whilst cleaning up 3 mins after application realised how dark it was going so I quickly mixed some conditioner and water and mixed out through the length of my shoulder length hair. Whole lot was washed out within 6 mins of application and it comes out really dark. It looks a little lighter in the picture but is one shade off black in reality.
