Bought this a year ago and the pump failed just in a year...out of warranty tried to contact the vendor for repair and they say it costs almost 60% of the price of the product plus shipping to Rajasthan. Tried to get it fixed locally and the local repairman checked it and said it's all aluminium inside and cannot be fixed ...so it's just dead now. Total waste of money and a lot of headache.Now need to throw some more money on another brand :(The usage was minimal btw...

The performance of this PW 400 washer is really good. The pressure is strong and it removes dirt, mud, and dust very fast. The 10-meter pipe helps me wash the whole car without moving the machine. The nozzle of this product is defective . So i have called Customer Service regarding this issue and then they ordered new nozzle of this product, Anyway i am happy and satisfied from this team Moreover you can trust the balwaan krishi product and its services in future. Thanks.

The product is Super and runs quite good , I purchased the adjustable pressure one which seems of no use so pls go for the normal model only. Foam bottle could have been better and is very small and under performing.

The washer does not deliver the high pressure as claimed. The nozzle design is poor and the pointed jet stream doesn’t come properly.Used only 3 times in 4 months, and now the motor doesn’t switch on when the nozzle is connected. They claim brass components, but it appears to be only brass-coated.Customer service is also poor — they ask you to send the machine to Rajasthan and you have to pay one side freight. No proper local service support.Better to buy a branded machine with local service availability. Don’t waste your hard-earned money.
