I really wanted to give this a review so pet parents like me would benefit! My cats absolutely love this - and I do too. Works flawless, my cats drink more water and it helps me track who is drinking as the sound of the fountain starting in the automatic mode alerts me. It did take two months for both of my cats to ease into it - they didn’t use it at all for the first month, patience is key.

Usually I don’t leave a review. But this product deserves the best of reviews. Thoughtful design battery stays long enough. My cats love it. Sensor works on point, setup is really easy as well. Great water capacity, stainless steel. Planning to buy the food dispenser from the same brand. Hope that the brand introduces more products with such thought and quality.

It was good at first but now it stopped pumping. Sensor is working and filters are clean. I see the same issue in the review and i have no idea where to ask for help or troubleshoot. This is an expensive purchase for me because i was expecting more on it. I relied on it when i travelled and i was so sure my cats are safe and hydrated. Very disappointing that this happened

It’s PERFECT! easy to assemble, looks pretty modern, WORKS without a wire (chargeable)!!! My male kitten (5months) immediately started drinking from it, and veryyy soft minimum noise. Highly recommend!

We have two cats who like this fountain a lot. I never saw them drink so much before. Easy to assemble and use.

Great product. Our two cats never drank so much water as with this. Took them a week or two to approach but since then they love it. Motion sensor works great, while walking past it makes them turn head around and go drink.

Worked well for a few months, needed to be recharged every 10 days, then battery life just reduced to a few hours a day.

Ive had this for a few days and i feel i can write a comprehensive review! This was bought for a small 5kg dog, and i’d say its suited for no more than 7kg animal, and not suitable for very small cats or dogs such as kittens as its a bit tall. The good: - very quiet (i can’t hear the motor unless im right up against it, i can only hear the flow of water!) - holds a lot of water - easy to disassemble and clean - easy to set up - long battery life (but this depends on how often the sensor is triggered) - love that i can move it from room to room without having to find a plug free! - although this holds 4L its not large at all! i’d say its roughly the size of a standard large dog bowl and slightly shorter than a standard pint glass. The not so great: - when moving it, you have to tip the water into the hole where it usually flows else it spills everywhere. - its heavy, when full its heavy and a bit awkward to carry so if you struggle with this sort of thing i’d get the smaller one. So overall i really recommend this, i like knowing the filter is removing some of the harmful bacteria, and i like the steady flow of water. I do think it is possibly better for animals than stagnant water that has to be replenished. I clean the main tray every day and i scoop out a cup of water to release the small amount of biofilm and top up with a scoop of fresh. I have noticed my dog drinking more and he seems to cough less (sometimes due to a sensitive trachea he would cough after drinking from a regular bowl). I think this is worth a try for pet owners! The filters are affordable too! for the price i can’t complain. Its functional and does everything i need it to.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Easy to set up. Battery seems to last. Love the fact that it is wireless, especially when sockets are few and far between and in odd places. Also means it is safer as no chance for cats to chew on wire and injure themselves in the process. My cats love it and drink from it. I was expecting them to play with the tap/ water but they don’t. It’s discreet and you can barely hear the water running. It’s aesthetically pleasant to look at and I love the fact the water gets filtered, especially as I live in a hard water area. I had done ‘ extensive research’ before selecting this model and I am very pleased with my choice. Update: it’s now October the 17th and I can say I am so happy I bought this. I also forgot to mention last time that the edge around the container changing colour is very useful: I keep my cats’ water away from their food. It’s actually placed out of site, under a piece of furniture in my living room. I’m rubbish at reading instructions so I quite can’t tell you which is which but the fact that the edge lights up picks my curiosity and I know I need to attend to it. One colour indicates that you need to charge the item ( very simple task. Just plug in the usb in and it recharges fairly quickly.). Another colour means you need to refill the bowl. Simple. I also love the fact that you can switch modes ( constantly on or sensor mode which means the battery lasts even longer).

I've bought this water fountain in December, and I couldn't praise it more, even recommended to friends and family, although recently the battery started to fail, till today, it completely stopped working. Luckily, after contacting Amazon customer services I've got a return and refund. Would suggest the manufacturer to look into this, as mine isn't the only review stating the same issue. Thank you Amazon customer service for helping me, very appreciated.

This is absolutely superb. I had a plastic cat mate fountain and the constant noise was very wearing. I’ve also read that plastic ones are not as good for cats to drink from. This metal fountain has a good capacity and you can set it to “sense” the cat and only turn on when they are nearby. This has been an excellent feature and saved my ears and also power. I’ve had it over a month and not had to charge it! It is extremely quiet! I have it by my bed and it makes almost no noise until it’s nearly empty. The light that tells you when you need to fill up the fountain only turns on when the water is running which is also a good feature.

Stopped working 2 months after purchase. Changed the filter, cleaned the pump etc and although the sensor flashes to show it's been triggered the pump doesn't work. Amazon 'help' sends me round in circles when trying to contact the manufacturer about this so it looks like I've wasted my money. Not happy at all, expected better. Edit 09/12/24 - Amazon refunded me and I’ve also received a replacement from the seller so I’m very happy with the customer service. Hopefully the new one will work properly. Increased from 1 to 4 stars thanks to the great customer service and the fact that when it works the fountain is great and my cats like it.
