They work
I've had problems sleeping for some time. I used to get stuff from the grocery store. But it is harder to find these days. So I found these and they work. If I'm tired and sore I take three. But I wake up just fine in the morning. No fuzziness. They work, the price is right. They have no taste, but hey, its a softgel, not supposed to have taste. Yes they do work slow, but when they kick in, you best be ready to sleep. I will keep using them.

Works well consistently.
These 50 mg softgels dissolve quickly and reliably out me to sleep. I take one about 3 nights a week, otherwise you can build tolerance to them. Good price as well.

it is best to use this at the correct dosage about a half hour before you turn off the lights and cozy up to go sleep. The effects of it keeping you to sleep may not last more than six hours.

Don’t work at all for me.
I’ve taken 3 hours before I go to bed, go to sleep,up in 2 hours. Guess it’s me,read the reviews and seemed like they should work. Disappointed.

Not thick and plush.
The durability is probably adequate. I just received it so it's too nearly not judge the durability. But I'm disappointed because the photos on the a Amazon site showed the bath mat as plush and thick. It is not. Its too much trouble for me to return so.I'm keeping it. But ill probably buy another mat to replace it and toss this one.
