Review: Nice little travel set - Just got this one from desertcart. It's just like the travel sets from Radio Shack and the Kasparov endorsed ones from the late 80's and 90's. Very cheap plastic compared to them though. Screw based battery cover could be a problem if used a lot. Also, it doesn't have a cover to keep the spare pieces in place even though there are two slots at the top edge for one. This is a problem because it initially is hard to open, it snaps twice to open fully, given you a chance to make your spare pieces airborne. Altogether, not bad for a travel set and worth it at the current price.

Got it for its portability and price. Not for adults. Very small pieces, and not made for adult hands. Hard to tell pieces apart during the game. Will not let you move pawn 2 spaces on initial move. It now sits on the shelf.
