Ok, I love this heated eye mask. First, it is so soft against my skin. It is cordless and charges up quickly using a USB charger. It turns on by pushing a small button on the mask and immediately starts to heat up on high which is fairly warm for eyes. If you push it a second time it changes to a medium heat. I used it on high. It stays on for 15 minutes then auto shuts off. If you need it longer you can restart it without waiting. The charge lasts a long time. I have used it 4 times on the original charge. I would recommend this heated eye mask to anyone who finds heat soothing. I have not used it for a headache but I feel like it would work well. I used it for my eyes as my optometrist suggested I use warm compresses 3 times a day. This worked perfect.

I purchased this a year ago, put it in a drawer and never used it. Lately my eyes have felt very dry and scratchy and I started to use this two weeks ago. I’ve been using it first thing in the morning before I have my coffee. It’s very relaxing and effective. My eyes have been making it through the day feeling much more comfortable and my vision is improved. The charge lasts me for three days before a recharge is needed.

I bought this because I was dealing with extremely dry eyes caused by the oil in my eyelids hardening up. The heat definitely helped loosen things up, and the massage feature was actually pretty relaxing afterward. The mask itself is comfortable and works well overall. My biggest complaint is the battery life — it just doesn’t last long enough, especially if you want to use it regularly without constantly charging it. Other than that, it’s worked great for what I needed it for.

This heated eye mask works really well! It’s very comfortable and easy to use. One full charge lasts for several days, which is super convenient. Definitely worth having!

The best I could buy to rest my eyes the truth that it feels very warm and refreshes every time I put it on I highly recommend it since its quality is excellent comes with all its accessories and the charge lasts a long time

Update on 11-13-25 I received a new mask after the company Customer Service rep. saw my one star rating. I've had the new mask for only a couple weeks so I can't vouch for its longevity, but I've upgraded my rating to three stars because customer service stood behind its product. I'm hoping this one lasts longer than the first mask. I loved this mask at first because it helped my dry eye condition, but after 8 months use, it doesn't heat well or last for more than a few minutes. It's comfortable and easy to use, but I'm very disappointed that I can't get more than four minutes (I timed it) of lukewarm temperature. It's very discouraging because the mask is useless as it is.

I bought this heated eye mask because I spend many hours in front of the computer, and my eyes would end up feeling tired and dry. I liked that it is comfortable and lightweight, and the heat feels gentle and relaxing; it has helped me tremendously.

These are really nice quality materials and they relax me so much I fell asleep, hope they’re helping my eyes this well.

This eye mask is very convenient and easy to use for my dry eyes. USB charge no cords to worry about and comfortable and sturdy on the eyes. I have washed the outer cover with warm soapy water and everything fitted back together very nicely. I use it on the highest setting and I get about 5 uses before next charge. I can highly recommend this eye mask.
