Which groups is JW-07 suitable for?

New guitar players and mainly used to practice in little interference situation. It is not supported on large stages. Note: The package only has a transmitter, a receiver and charging cable. In-ear headphones are not included.

Why does the wireless listening device contain 12 signal channels divided into 4 groups?

In order to reduce interference from WIFI, phones and other devices, so we set up a number of signal channels to support frequency hopping / frequency switching, in order to prevent the signal channel is occupied resulting in interruptions

Does JW-07 support one-to-many?

Currently, JW-07 wireless in ear monitor system only supports 1 to 1. It does not support multiple devices to be connected at the same time. (This feature is under research)

What should the buyer do if the product has quality problems or can't be used?

Please read the instruction manual carefully. If there is still not clear please tell us, we will solve it for you in the shortest possible time!

How can I make the sound not distorted?

1.Fully charged state 2.Use a guitar with good shielding; reduce gain (active pickups) and adjust EQ 3.Shorten the distance between transmitter and receiver (3-6 meters, no obstacles). 4.Reasonably reduce system volume 5.Switch signal channels
