This is amazing, especially for the price. The only annoyance I have found if the water tank can pop out a little over time and you have to push back in for the steam function to work properly. Otherwise this is very easy to use.

The product works well until something breaks; in my case, the water tank broke. It constantly comes loose and falls off very easily. I wrote to customer service to buy a replacement tank but never received a reply. That is why I am giving it one star—now I have a product I cannot use. Be careful: there are no spare parts for this brand, and customer service is unresponsive.
