Aroma Season 1500 mAh Heated Eye Mask

I'm delighted with this thermal eye mask. The heat is soft and relaxing, ideal for relieving eye fatigue after a long day in front of screens. It has several temperature levels and timer, so it is easy to adjust it to my needs. In addition, its silk cover feels very comfortable and delicate on the skin. The battery lasts a long time and not having cables makes it much more practical. Without a doubt, an excellent purchase to rest better and enjoy moments of relaxation.

Comfortable and gets really warm.

This heated eye mask is soft and silky and the warmth is nice. I appreciate the variable time feature and adjustable heat levels. But the eye mask does not sit right. It only gets warm in one small spot, and to get that spot on my eyes, the mask partially plugs my nose. If I put it where it's comfortable on my nose, it warms my eyebrows but not my eyes. Unfortunately, I will have to return it.

Update 9/17: The company reached out after seeing my review and offered to send a different model that should fix the fit issue, free of charge, or refund my purchase. I really appreciate the proactive customer service, so I'm raising my rating to 4 stars. My original comments about the fit and battery indicator are below. Original review - Based on the reviews I had high expectations but I’m quite disappointed. First, the mask’s shape is odd. You need to lower it so it warms your eyelids and not your eyebrows which results in your nose being blocked. Also, it never actually reaches a full battery level according to the indicator on the device itself. So bottom line - it’s soft and warms up but it’s not comfortable and seems like there’s an issue with the battery or the indicator.
