No good reference material at all
There is not a single useful image in this book. Most of the images look as if they were wall sized pieces that have been scaled down to about 4 inches so they could fit two images on one page. Almost all of them are too dark to print a copy of, or even be visible through a sheet of tracing paper. I’m a tattoo artist and thought this would have some good reference material but it only took about 30 seconds to flip through and see that it has nothing that would be of use to me at all.

Really great price for a quality book, some issues though.
This is a really great book, with amazing example art. There are a few I have complaints on. They don't show images to well, the camera seems to pick it up better though so scanning might make them more legible. I like how they didn't double side the pages, so there wasn't image bleed through issues. That was a good idea. I just wish there tos was a little more detailed.

Diese Buch lohnt sich definitiv nicht......das Cover des Buches verspricht viel aber hält es nicht. Viel zu kleine Grafiken mit denen ich nichts anfangen kann.

Testo molto snello, ricco di immagini con una buona grafica; si tratta di immagini abbastanza datate, quindi poco adatte ad un lettering moderno. Si adattano più ad un progetto calligrafico, specie se di ispirazione vintage.
