Fine if they are confident riders and have no problem hopping on and off! It is a cheap build, however as long as it is not left under the rain, I am sure it would last both my daughters early childhood.For £60 I really cant complain as the bike is serving its purpose perfectly well - its pretty most of all and this is what matters to my daughter. However, its solid, easy to assemble and gives us confidence that she'll be safe to enjoy it (more so when I find a solution to the plastic chain guard). Fast and good delivery service.The Plastic chain guard cover is the only concerning feature, it needs another securing bracket, because I noticed no matter how much I tighten (avoiding over tightening and breaking the screw holes in the plastic guard) the pedal end of the guard keeps moving towards the pedal. This will either break the plastic guard with peddle or may even throw the child's foot off the pedal.
