These seem to work well
These work great! There is no taste, they have a great coating on them to make swallowing these much easier. They are super tiny too. A great value for the money & they do seem to help. Working in retail you come across a lot of people & a lot of germs. I used to get a cold often so I added these vitamins & more vitamin c into my routine & I hardly ever get cold now. Very happy & I will keep taking them.

Simple B12 Supplement That I Prefer Over Sublingual Tablets
I've taken B12 in a few different forms over the years and I personally prefer these softgels over the sublingual tablets. The sublingual versions always felt a little annoying to use and I'd rather just take a softgel and move on with my day. The softgels are easy to swallow and the bottle lasts a long time. With 150 softgels you're not constantly having to reorder. I've had good experiences with Nature Made products in general and this one has been no different. The quality seems consistent and I've had no issues with the capsules. Nothing fancy here. If you're already looking for a B12 supplement and prefer softgels over sublingual tablets these are worth considering.

Good vitamin supplment at a great price
My family doctor recommended this particular vitamin combination a few months ago. As an “older woman”, I wasn’t getting everything I needed out of my diet, but I'm sure even younger folks have that problem. So far, so good! I love the convenience of ordering most everything with Amazon Prime (with Subscribe & Save), so I won’t forget to buy more.
