My mother and I have been taking this every day for the past 2 months and we feel the difference. We definitely have more energy throughout the day! Unfortunately we can't see or notice any other changes, but for us, feeling more energetic and having the power to get more done and not feel as fatigued as we usually would feel by the end of the day is more than great for us! :)

I like the produce to help me with my health problems. It help with my menopause and my hands pain.

I like that it helped to control my allergies, but I have not taken enough to really give a full review.

I do feel a difference. When I ran out, I did not refill it immediately. I noticed I was more sluggish. I re-ordered and definitely noticed a difference. It works for me. A little more energy and alertness.

I was disappointed in this brand. I have used 2 other brands and they were excellent, but I couldn’t see any benefits from this one.

Heard a lot of things about the supplements, don’t notice much difference but glad such items are available at a reasonable range of a price.

Its the best priduct i ever took for my menopause.It helps for hot flushes, it helps me to sleep better and i am calmer.I am on my 4 th bottle and it became like my coffee! Necessary!
