Wont conect to my iphone via bluetooth
Very frustrated with this product. Looks nice. A pain to center and balance the cell phone. I downloaded the app and it opens on the phone. So I can take videos or photos using the app. BUT I have to touch my phone to use it. The device does not recognize my phone or my husbands. We both have iPhone 7 and 7plus. I have three times did a factor reset of the device. No luck. What good is the app if you cant connect via Bluetooth to use it?? If I could return it. I would. I am currently staying overseas and cant return the product until June. Lots of missed photo opportunities.
