You simply strap it around the top section of your boobs and off you go! It’s actually incredible how much support this gives. It’s super comfortable and easy to use with Velcro fastenening and totally discreet. I was worried my boobs would look a bit weird and on reflection, it probably does a little but not enough to be noticeable through clothing. To be honest, I wouldn’t care if it was visible through clothing because this product is BRILLIANT! Well worth the price and no more jiggles in useless sports bras! It took a lot of readjusting to feel comfortable - the first time it was too loose and the band slipped down constantly while running due to the material of my sports bra. Next time was too tight and I couldn't take full breaths while running! I ordered the Medium size due to being size 14 on top with 36D bust, there is lots of excess strap - it looks like I have a hunchback as there is nowhere to tuck it! As I have used the product I wouldn't return it. The band does give you a weird shape but does hold you in place. Function over fashion!
