Hello, is there an upper weight limit for this item? I am 6 foot 5 and 120kg, since working from home i need to make my office chair more comfortable.

The cushion is most effective up to weights of 100kg (16 stone). Weights above this will likely result in the cushion becoming too compressed to give you the support that you need.

How thick is the gel layer, please?

The gel layer sits on top of the foam. It is very thin and can be measured in millimetres.

what is the correct position to place the cushion in ?

your spine and coccyx are over the gap at the back. The cushion is firm and keeps your bottom in the right position aligning the rest of your spine.. I use it when even if I lay back on the settee. I found it got rid of my back pain instead of having to sit on a hard upright chair

Hi, can i use a Lumbar support along with this ..?

Absolutely! A lumbar support would make the perfect companion for this seat cushion.
