Quality, economical zinc supplements
Great zinc supplements. Quality and economical. Helps with Melatonin production in the brain. I will definitely buy them again. Easy to swallow capsules.

Life extensions supplements and vitamins better ingredients consistent results
Love life extensions! Great for testosterone issues just remember at 50mg if you are taking longer than 10-14 days should be accompanied by copper 5 mcg not taken together though. This is not medical advice just my opinion. Always consult a DR before taking any supplement.

Me ayudo bastante a mejorar mi sistema inmune , es bastante eficaz para eso mu única queja es que compré varios frascos y me los enviaron con una fecha de vencimiento menor a un año , tuve que regalar varios frascos para que alguien los aproveche antes de que vencieran por eso solo le doy 4 estrellas

It made my eczema disappear.
This has been my magic “go to” supplement. Several years ago I was fighting with eczema and it was so bad I was in constant pain and could barely use my hands. I saw a U-tube video with Dr. Axe, who suggested zinc. Who would ever know? I was so desperate I tried it. I had heard good things about Life Essentials brand, so got these. My eczema magically vanished. I was so surprised. It hasn’t come back. If I get a slight rash or some odd redness, I realize I have forgotten to take this supplement and I go back to it. I have no idea why, but this must have something in it that really is needed in my body. I am so grateful it exists!
