Good product, good idea, I have a SOS locket where I can write all my medical records etc but if anything changes it means ether scribbling thing out to change or completely changing the paper insert, with the bracelet all I have to do is log into my account and change my details and that’s it so if anyone scanned the barcode on the bracelet it’s changed and I can do this as many times as I need to do, super easy and quick

Great product, great price, fairly easy to load information, instructions could be bigger, however I was able to check on line how to input my information

So I was pleased when they arrived and slightly disappointed that one is broken , I’ve been in touch with the seller and they are going to replace the broken one . So that’s great . They are perfect and when you scan the amount of information they hold is amazing. I have complex medical needs and on a variety of drugs . This has loads of room to add additional information that others don’t . I particularly liked it even had a section to say if you have pets , what and how many of them there are and an area to add the name of a person who can be contacted to look after them . When you’re not well and have pets it is an added anxiety to get them sorted and to have that included was brilliant. Now I wait for the second one to be replaced. Will update this when it arrives . If it does then that will be amazing customer service. UPDATE: A replacement one has arrived, so happy they kept their word . Excellent customer service so happy to update to 5 stars

Strap is a little uncomfortable

This medical alert bracelet is simple to use and carries all the medical information that anyone will require in an emergency.

Just received and must say I’m very disappointed. You can hardly see the qr code or the health information on the reverse. Worst of all I’ve tried several QR readers and none of them can read the QR code. The bracelet looks well made but not really of much use if first responders can’t read the QR code or the health information on the back of the bracelet.

Given a 3 star because the product is a good idea & easy to set up however after just over 2 months the metal QR code part of the bracelet has come away and now not fit for purpose. This is only worn during the day when out and about due to medical conditions so it hasn’t lasted long at all. Really disappointed

I was advised to get a braclet several times it bought this after a medical professional insisted. Liked the idea of this with the qr code. So far it’s been great. Good fit, not too heavy. QR code easy to set up.

Liked it but way too big for the wrist.

This is a great product. All the important data that medical personnel or facilities would need is right there. I filled out my information with the very easy to follow directions and had my son test it. Everything came right up on his phone and there is no sensitive information that someone could use for nefarious intentions. I also like the fact that the QR code is towards the back so a random person walking by could not scan it without your knowledge. The only thing that I wish they had included is a section for religious preferences which is important to me and others I know, but I just added that to the important information area. I was hesitant at first on using this, or any other product, with a website that collects and stores data (big brother is watching) but they do not really ask for anything that is not pertaining to EMS care and they do not ask for any sensitive information.

Very happy with it. I've been wearing it for months with no signs of wear. Only slight suggestion would be to make a shorter version for women's watch bands. It's a bit long for mine, but I manage. Able to add medical info easily, and I think this is just a handy thing to have to put your name and address on in the event you are ever incapacitated and don't have ID on you.
