Excellent luggage. Nice look and great quality. It rolls easily and isn’t too heavy.

Bought the large checkied bag size 4 days prior to trip. Set combo lock night before, all OK. Day of trip added a few odds and ends, closed and attempted to lock. No luck. Reset lock per instructions. Still no luck. Had to use a brass TSA lock from old luggage. Upon arrival I unpacked most of contents. It was a weekend so no contact with Ricardo company.A week later I lined up one of the zipper tabs, pressed, and it went in! OK, now release. No release. I now have a locked piece of luggage with items, including the warranty and registration card. Have sent two requests for contact a week apart with no contact. Finally found a phone number for them and have left messages (3) to two different departments requesting return call. No response. Current status: locked luggage, needed soon for return trip, no customer service to resolve problem. Next step may be to attempt breaking into it (literally) without damaging zippers.Sad part is, I bought 3 pieces of this luggage based on my experience of 20 years using a Ricardo carry on!

I am replacing my go to piece of luggage that endured over 250k miles of mostly international travel. It withstood a lot of abuse with some airport handlers. The wheels never gave out. The lock always worked. The sides never caved in or dented. I finally decided it was looking pretty sad and Iwanted replacements in the same brand and style.

Product came with only one of the zipper toggles so you cant lock it properly then the other zipper toggle fell off in less than 2 months so now its incredibly difficult to use. Disappointed because otherwise its a great suitcase
