This product definitely works! For me, it has helped curb my hunger by slowing my digestion. I have been taking this product for 60 days, stopping for 5 to give my body a break and my hunger returned. I also fast 18:6 and have lost almost 30 pounds aided by this wonderful product.

A little hard on the stomach at first but good

I am trying this product in an effort to get my A1C down. Taking one cap twice daily. Last check it was 6.5. My annual physical is 8/18/26. Have to wait to see if it really works. 4 Stars for now.

This definitely helps sort of curb my food cravings or any food noise if you were into snacking and you know snacking, maybe you might be pushing your calorie intake into excessive area.
