Review from 2019: I used to use Cardio Cuts years back when I was training for film work. Now 30 years old, I've since fallen into the married, and sedentary work life and have lost pretty much all of my stamina and muscle tone. I bit the bullet, joined a gym and ordered my old friend Cardio Cuts. Within 30 minutes of chugging a bottle of mixture, I am ready to go! I don't get jittery, I do get tingly which lets me know "It is time Simba!" . Also, once you've taken this magical formula, there is no turning back, no excuses not to go to for it and work out. First day at the gym in YEARS and I ran over a mile, abs, and legs. I didn't need a recovery day and was able to go another round the next night for two full hours of cardio and strength training. I feel great and love the extra boost Cardio Cuts provides. I've tried other less expensive options in the past, yet, none compare. My husband calls this my "Crack Drink" , we have learned to not say that in public! I would 10000% recommend giving this a try to up your work out or just get started. ETA 2025: Adding that now 5+ years after the last review I still LOVE this pre-work out!

I have been using Cardio Cuts for a while. It has a great taste and the best part is there is no crash after the workout. I recommend this product if you are looking for something before a workout to give you a boost with no crash after effects.

Great for cardio and weight lifting. I enjoy the flavor. Helps me get that extra boost I need to get to the gym.

First day using it I was way under my daily calories. Not recommended. I was extremely tired and didn’t feel like doing HIIT at the gym. Decided to see how this would do on a nearly empty stomach after a long day at work. I drank it 30 minutes before running and felt motivated to start running. My hands started tingling and remained tingley for about 40 minutes of my run. Wasn’t uncomfortable but I noticed it. I completed my 45 minute HIIT with the cards stacked against me. I wouldn’t say I felt endless energy from this, but it definitely helped getting me off my butt and to the gym. I didn’t feel sick after or have a crash and burn. The Razz flavor tastes so good.

Taste is so-so. I usually mix with crystal light. Definitely felt like I saw results.
