I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly this worked. I noticed a difference very fast, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s easy to take, and I like that it supports women’s health in a more targeted way. I also appreciate that it’s from a brand I trust, and the formula feels thoughtfully made. For me, this was one of those supplements where I could actually notice the benefit instead of wondering if it was doing anything. Odor: No strong odor for me.no noticeable odor. * Taste: Easy to take, not unpleasant. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely keep using it.

These are the only vaginal probiotics that are actually beneficial. I have tried several different types/brands and these are definitely the best for vaginal health.

I waited to make my review.... when reducing my sugar intake and staying on top of taking these daily. I am no longer taking fluconazole every other month. I've been taking this for a year straight and I promise you, you notice a huge difference if you relapse.

This product did not disappoint it did just what it was intended to do.

so..It started with taking a Plan B pill which really goofed up my cycle for a couple of months afterwards. (All my paps were normal my whole life, I was checked out) So I assume that my goofed up cycle was contributing to my long bout of anxiety...and then my anxiety messed up my Ph levels, because I got a BAD and STUBBORN yeast infection. 4 days of diflucan at first, then it came back, or lingered for 2 weeks after. I went to P.Parenthood because, still had a discharge. She looked under the microscope, YEAST. Miserable. She prescribed me a higher dose of diflucan that I took once every 4 days, instead of each day in a row. That did the trick. However, things still were not of normal smell down there, actually, it was a lack of smell. As if there was no good bacteria. Discharge was dry. I battled this thing for a month and a half. It was SO upsetting which of course made my mental health feel way worse. My husband is usually supportive but he was sick of hearing me complain. I was just done, so I found these. Took for a month straight. WOW. What a game changer. My mood was lifted a little bit, and everything back to normal down there. Yes the diflucan did help, but this is what brought the Ph back to balance. The yeast infection did not come back! Since, I started self hypnotherapy. Not only is my lifelong intermittent anxiety 90% better, but my sex drive is back and my vagina is back to it's dapper self. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. Thanks garden of life!

My go to monthly probiotics . Recommend for every woman looking for a probiotic that works. Very easy on the stomach and prevents all infections.

Me ha encantado hasta el momento, solo llevo 1 mes usándolo. Pero ¿sabrán cuándo van a tener más de este producto disponible? Me urge.

Los compré para apoyarme porque tenía infección urinaria y cuando tomo antibiotico me suele dar infección vaginal. Tomé el antibiotico y no me dio infección vaginal y además me ha ayudado mucho con la salud en el área porque ya sentía efectos de la perimenopausia como resequedad y baja de lívido y con un solo frasco todo ha cambiado. Los seguiré tomando por temporadas.

Me han ido muy bien,mucho mejor que otros probioticos y los voy a volver a comprar.

Tenía años con infecciones recurrentes de vías urinarias y vaginales y al tomar estos probioticos les dije adiós. Mi médico me recomendó al menos esperar 6 meses para volver a usarlos
