I did not realize that carob is almost as healthy as good quality cocoa, at a fraction of the price I like the taste of carob powder, and I use this in my drinks and baked goods and my morning Oatmeal. If I am craving a chocolate mug cake after dinnerI use carob powder and I do not worry about caffeine because this is free from it, unlike Cocoa. I highly recommend this product 👌

This is so wonderful and delicious, I’ve bought it three times. I put 1 heaping tablespoon of this in my cup and then pour boiling water over it (helps it to dissolve better) to about 3/4 of the way and then fill it to the top with organic half and half. It’s actually part of a healing program. Carob is very calming to the nervous system. BE SURE you break up the clumps, if you want it to thoroughly dissolve.

Delicious. I use it in my smoothies. No bitter taste like cocoa powder, it’s actually a little sweet and has a bit more fiber. I like to mix some up with peanut butter and my kids say it tastes a little like Nutella. Which is great because it’s only 3 ingredients- peanuts, salt, and carob powder. The powder is really fine, dissolves wonderfully, no issues with it clumping.

It is a superior product and goes most excellently with anything. I put it in. It is richer and more stable. Then, any other caribbe powder?Then I have used. I highly recommend it
