When my daughter had surgery, I think I bought just about every type of ice pack Amazon had. I probably spent around $50 trying different ones, and these were hands down the best of the bunch. The shape fit the area much better than the others, so they actually stayed where they needed to without constantly shifting around. They also stayed cold much longer than the other packs I tried, which meant we weren't swapping them out every few minutes. They provided great pain relief during those first few days after surgery. They've held up well after repeated freezing and thawing, and the fabric sleeve is soft and easy to wash. They also don't take forever to refreeze, which was important since we were rotating through them all day. If you're trying to decide between different perineal ice packs, these are the ones I'd recommend. After comparing several brands side by side, these were definitely the winner.

I have been dealing with down there issues for almost 2 years. I've tried several Perineal ice packs and they just don't stay cold for long. I teach 30 minute classes and one of these Hilph ice packs lasted my whole class. They are shaped for a woman, which is nice. They freeze really well, I think it's because it has more beads than the usual ones you can buy. They get ice cold pretty quickly as well. They also come with sleeves so you can put the ice packs in. I wear a double panty and place them in between, since I can't have something like the sleeve directly on my incision. It's been providing me relief and I'm happy with that. I would recommend these ice packs. I bought these based on a review I read, I hope this review helps you make an informed decisions. Buy them you won't be disappointed. 😃

Must have for postpartum recovery! They are comfortable, cooling, and freeze quickly. The liners allow for easy disposal and comfort on sensitive areas. Easy to clean. Great price for many uses. Also effective for icing my breasts! Very durable.

These were great postpartum, especially for hemorrhoid relief (reviewing on my husbands account). The little balls remind me of peas and they are easy to move around. Stays cold for about 20 minutes or so. No leaking. Easy to wipe down and clean. I like that it comes with sleeves. Will use for other things over the years

10/10! Been using for pelvic girdle pain, and plan to use postpartum. The disposable sleeves are great, these are flexible even when frozen and aren’t like a hard ice pack on the sensitive bits.

Worked beautifully after my hysterectomy. Definitely recommend these to all women after having a hysterectomy. They fit perfectly and stayed cold. Refroze fast!

Loved these ice packs, used during postpartum and also for a newborn as a warm compress for tummy’s comfort. Very nice to touch, sturdy materials and very well made. Individual disposable inserts are convenient. Definitely convenient to have in a freezer and will be used in many occasions.

This is the best purchase I made postpartum! They stay cool for long, are easy to clean, and I really appreciated the disposable sleeves. I wish I tried these before I spent money on the disposable ice packs. Highly highly recommend!
