Daughter purchased to go with her โChips Ahoyโ costume. Perfectly Navy โSailorโ blue, silky feel, slight sheer to it. A little steaming got out the wrinkles and it was did the trick!

Pretty Good, I'm not Overwhelmed
I works out. it came a little bigger than it said it would be. it really is just a large square of fabric, thin, but it looks pretty nice, and its soft. If you fold it in half horizontally put the larger side behind your neck, and tie it, it works great. The color was also accurate.
