It's just a tank top with weird and totally un-removable spongy "bra cups" sewn into the front lining-- the cups do not have shoulder straps or even a rib band attached to them, they just float above the chest, they don't offer even a tiny bit of support (in the way a shelf bra would do). And unless your chest just happens to anatomically correspond to exactly where these cups are situated, you'll be left wondering why the cups are 'too low' or 'too high.' For me they were too high (I'm a 34 C/D), so I had to yank the top down to make it fit, which make the top look too bare and unflattering around the arm pits. Not a keeper for me. ### ⭐ Horrible Design *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on June 7, 2018* I'm 5'4" 125 pounds and normally wear a Medium top. I bought this in a large and it was ridiculously tight, with the padded bra hitting me half way across my chest. I took the pads out to see if that would help, to no avail.
