How is the flow of the ink? Is it uniform? And how thick is the point, I want it to be kind of thick

the ink flow is pretty uniform and even, although the moment you press the pen onto the sheet of paper a bulge of ink appears at the point of contact, which can be annoying at times, however once you start writing, the ink evens out and words look more uniform. The thickness of the tip is 0.5mm

Does the set come with a case?

Mine did not come with a case. They are really great pens with interesting colors.

Which colors are in this pack?

The same colors shown in the picture are the ones you receive, black dark blue, baby blue, agua green, neon green, orange, neon pink, dark pink, and red.

Is there a 7mm in the refills?

I do not think so, but I'd do more research.
