Love the product. Dislike that they sent me a complete different model without the cord and no magnet. It just plug into the cigarette lighter. Kind of gets in the way but I’ll manage because it connect every time I get into the car . No fumbling around try to connect clear connection does not lose connection would have given a 5 star but like I said I received a different product

I used this one time and the next time i went to my car to use it did not work. i did not drop it or get it wet or anything. I used it once and the next time i went to use it it was faulty. they only allow 30 days to return and i missed this window by 3 days. do not buy this faulty item.
