The ratio for the ingredients are perfect. LMNT is not as good as Eulyte. LMNT has way too much salt in it. LMNT made my tinnitus increase. Eulyte taste wonderful. There wasn't any ill effects from the ingredients. When I have used the LMNT I have to split the serving in half so my body can deal with the salt. With the eulyte I am not concerned at all and my body feels better after taking it.

Very good product and is exactly what I was looking for to help me through longer fasts. It is not very pleasant tasting but was to be expected with an unflavored product. I intentionally ordered it unflavored to avoid breaking my fasts in any way. It’s a bit like drinking salt water so I add it to unsweetened green tea on fast days to help with that.

I want to start by saying that I appreciate the product line and really like the Lemon/Lime version. However, this 'unflavored' version just makes water taste terrible. I only got it because stock was out on the lemon/lime. I don't really want to add some other flavoring, but not really sure what else to do with the rest of the container's worth.

It’s pricey, but worth it for the reassurance that there are no metabolizable sugars. Not just Magnesium, Sodium and Potassium this product contains all the electrolytes plus trace minerals. I find the taste agreeable. I was trying to think of what it reminded me of and the best I came up with was coconut water without sweetener. It’s not something I would grab just for the taste, but it’s not offensive. The absolute best about it is that it does not spike blood sugars or throw you out of ketosis.

I like the product. I don’t have a problem with the taste and it dissolves just fine. My issue? It gives me diarrhea. Every time I drink it I get a minor case of the runs. I couldn’t figure out why all of a sudden I was getting diarrhea everyday. Then I realized this only happened after drinking this. So I stopped. And so did the diarrhea. Apparently not many other people have this issue because I only see one other post that even mentions it so it doesn’t appear to be wide spread. I’ll still drink it. I just make sure I’m home when I do 😁.

I really like this product! I bought the unflavored since I can’t do Stevia. I like the ratios of electrolytes and the forms, (Mag Citrate instead of Mag Oxide like others…). The taste is fine, I mix with water. It tastes like Smartwater; flat but thirst quenching. I’m sure the flavored varieties are better-tasting, but I just don’t like Stevia. Better than Redmond re-lyte, LMNT, Dr Berg… I’ll will buy routinely!

Was using this in fasting. My test came back that I was low in potassium. So weird. Now I take xtra supplements because the mix was not helping me much in that. Maybe was just my bottle. But I love the mix and their flavors. I take them every morning still in not fasting mode.
