Clean Sweetness, No aftertaste
I really like this monk fruit sweetener because it skips erythritol, so thereโs no cooling aftertaste or digestive issues. The sweetness feels smooth and natural, making it great for coffee and baking. Itโs a solid option if you want a more straightforward, clean-tasting sugar alternative.

A little bit goes a LONG WAY!
This is a great sweetener and dissolves quickly in a hot brew. Ingredients are good, price is right - but be warned - it is VERY sweet! If you purchase this you will have to experiment with the right amount to use in hot coffee or tea.

Healthier than sugar
It took me a few days to get used to switching from sugar to monk fruit but once I did now I only reach for this for my coffee. You only use a mini little spoonful (included inside)and enough to sweeten anything. This will last a long time.

Sweetener Alternative Thoughts
I ordered this product in order to move away from using cane sugar or artificial sweeteners. This comes as a very fine, and very sweet powder. It does not contain erythritol which I liked. However, due to this issue, the volume (for the price) is quite small. I did end up adding a small amount of cane sugar for some items that required larger amounts of a sweetener or the monk fruit alone would be too sweet in that amount.. (While this isn't ideal, I would rather have this than artificial sweetener). One minor caution. When you open the lid/paper interior cover you can inadvertently cause the powder to fly up out of the container. I ended up just putting a small hole in the paper cover and just shaking the powder out. All in all, I am satisfied with this product and will purchase again.

Decent but not a favorite
Not terrible, but not my favorite of the monk fruit options. A bit of an aftertaste that I didn't care for, and not sweet in the way I prefer as found in liquid alternatives.

Tastes fine, a good alternative to Splenda.
Tastes great and much gentler on the stomach! This is a wonderful alternative to Splenda, which sometimes bothers my digestion. Itโs very concentrated, so you only need one of the tiny scoops provided. A quick tip for the best experience: Add a tiny bit of cool water to the bottom of your cup first, sprinkle the sweetener in, and let it sit for about 3 minutes to dissolve. If you add it to a dry cup or straight into hot coffee, it tends to clump into a sticky mass on your spoon. If you give it those few minutes to dissolve in cool water first, youโll be much happier with the results!

Low-Carb Baked Egg Custard Made with Monk Fruit Sweetner
This sweetner goes a long way, has no aftertaste, and no digestive upset that erythritol can sometimes cause. I love it in LOW-CARB BAKED EGG CUSTARD: (It tastes just like my grandma's.) In a 4-cup measuring cup put: 6 eggs, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, about 12 tiny scoops of Monk Fruit Sweetner. Wisk well. Mix in milk (I use goat milk.) to the 4-cup mark. Butter glass custard cups and fill with mixure. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired. Bake the custard in a water bath at about 350 degrees until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. (about 15-20 minutes) Enjoy warm or chilled. Makes 6 servings. Can also be made in 3 medium pyrex bowls for 3 two-egg breakfasts topped with blueberries or other fruit.

Not as good as stevia, but still very good
It definitely sweetens, but it's not as strong as my Stevia and doesn't taste quite as good. Still a very good sweetener, though.
