Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share my feedback and raise a genuine concern. I was highly influenced by your brand videos on Instagram and Facebook, which encouraged me to purchase Shanaya Attar. As a fragrance lover and someone who enjoys collecting different perfumes, I trusted your brand and purchased your products on blind faith. The Shanaya Attar was pleasant, and based on that experience, I continued buying your perfumes. I am attaching images of the purchased perfumes for your reference. Unfortunately, after using these perfumes, I started experiencing throat irritation and infection. Initially, the cause was unclear. However, after continuous consultation with doctors, it was identified that the issue was triggered by these perfumes. Once I stopped using them, my condition improved significantly. Considering this situation, I kindly request you to please take back these perfumes and either refund the amount or replace them with Shanaya Attar, which suited me well. I want to clarify that I have not posted, nor do I intend to post, any negative comments or reviews on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. I am reaching out to you directly in good faith and request you to please understand and address this matter at the earliest stage. I look forward to your kind support and a positive resolution.
