In addition, the sound quality is excellent, and it allows me to switch to piano if the song I’m playing sound better for a particular song. Unfortunately and to my dismay, the unit started to quirk/malfunction and I had to contact customer support. They were extremely prompt in responding to each email and decided that they would replace the unit. This meant I had to ship it to Hong Kong and then wait for my replacement! They sent a shipping label (so it was all paid) and it got to Hong Kong in 3 days. I received my new unit in 10 days from my sending it off. In summary, I have been very happy with the service and I love my Liberlive!

This is exactly what I wanted it to be! This is in an amazing instrument. It is definitely not a toy. It's a serious instrument. It has so many capabilities as you advance, but it's also usable by a novice as soon as they pick it up. I am so grateful for this beautiful miracle. As a matter of fact, that's what I named her. My new liberlive guitar is named miracle!
