Great pulse ox unit
Great working, accurate and inexpensive pulse ox meter

Top of the line pulse oximeter.
This thing is super sensitive, I was using an old Santa medical pulse oximeter and I could get readings on my left index finger where I had cut the nerves and blood supply at my wrist years ago with a utility knife accident while cutting 4 inch expansion joint and my middle finger on my right hand the center knuckle is full of arthritis and I could get readings with the old pulse oximeter but not with the new one, this thing detects the slightest bit of reduced blood flow, you can literally see the blood flow to each finger and it has the perfusion index also, it’s a great pulse oximeter.

Serves It's Purpose
Appears to be good quality for home use. Readings seem accurate and are on par with my wife's 9 year old Acc-U-Rate oximeter. I took off one star because for the price it should come with some kind of protective/storage case.
