We purchased this item as an inexpensive stop-gap solution when our dryer died and we would have to wait three months for delivery of the Samsung All-in-One Washer/Dryer of our dreams. I have to say, we were blown away! (Sorry for the Dad pun!) It far exceeded our expectations and more than met our needs. I have to disagree with most reviewers that the setup was difficult or the item is flimsy. The instructions included clear diagrams, all parts are labelled, and the whole thing went together in about 30 minutes. From there, it was wheeled into our guest bedroom, across from our laundry room. It is fairly noisy, so closing it in an unused room was a perfect solution. Other reviewers do get many of the problems spot-on. It does not dry quickly. My wife and I have taken to putting a load in at bedtime, for the full six hours (just to be sure). It doesn’t hold as much as a standard dryer, but there are tons of clever ways of arranging clothes from the provided hanging posts that will take care of most standard loads. Finally, there’s the issue that it doesn’t agitate the clothes as it dries. This means that, for towels specifically, they are left feeling somewhat stiff, albeit dry. It’s the same effect as using an outdoor clothesline for drying. Now, the unexpected positives: its ionic sterilisation system is a nice-to-have, even if the scientific consensus is out on that one. It does an excellent job on most loads. And, best of all, its tall size, open space; and rapid heat-up make it a beast at conquering wrinkles. It’s so good at this function that it’s earned a permanent place in our home, to de-wrinkle suits, dresses, and any other garment that’s been in the closet or drawer too long. All this is to say, go into it with realistic expectations and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. It’s inexpensive to purchase and inexpensive to operate — a full load of laundry dries for less than $1. It may take a few hours to dry thoroughly, but given the upsides, it’s worth having patience!

After using 2-3 times a week for 2 months the dryer stopped turning on. Completely dead. It worked well for what it was. Better then just hang drying. It didn't help with wrinkles at all, and it'll warm up the room it's in.

I'm a disabled senior and I did have issues putting it together.However, after watching youtube channels to get the basic of how to put it together, i have found the logistics of it , but still had issues of putting it together. I reached out to the sellar to ask questions , and they responded in a timely manner. Which makes excellent customer service. They provided me with more detailed pictures. This is my third time using it , and i'm still adjusting to what all of the icons mean on the panel and how and when to use them. Due to this is much fancier then my last dryer. Like the ionic, when do I press that when I start the load? Also, the fast/slow icon, what is the use for that? The reason for just 4 is the instructions was not detailed enough. Otherwise it's a great dryer. The seller gets the 5 stars.

Bought this to fill in until I repaired my dryer (belt broke). Still haven’t replaced the belt. I am using this dryer 100% of the time. Have learned to “shake” out the laundry before hanging/placing it in the dryer to keep the wrinkles down. Tennis shoes, towels & such dry easily. I like using hangers for about everything. Especially for larger loads. I use All Free & Clear Laundry Detergent & Fabric Softener. No more dryer sheets! (I use extra fabric softener on the items that tend to be rough/scratchy.) And another great thing is that my clothes smell so fresh & clean like they were hung outside on a clothesline. There is a bit of heat, but I vent the room well & have a dehumidifier if it gets too bad.. All in all, I will be buying another one soon to keep for backup. BTW: It’s one of the larger ones with a nice sized heater on it that drys at about the same time my old dryer did. However, with all the clothes shook out & towels, etc folded in half on hangers I don’t have to deal with rushing to put away everything before it wrinkles. This can act as a closet for days. No wrinkles, no rush.

Nice set up. The plastic pieces that hold the clothes are useless and start to melt and make clothes fall. Depending on how you start your loads.. depends on dry time... Look to at least have it going for 6 plus hours of you have a large family like I do of 5. It gets the job done. Does not remove lint so get your lint brushes ready. Does work wonders to keep the apartment warm while drying clothes. I say the rods going across that are plastic should be replaced with metal ones or a design where the middle metal rod is not needed the the clothes can hang side ways.

This thing has been a God send. I literally cried the first time I used it. The laundry facilities in my area are extortion, $20 to /dry/ two small loads. This machine does take time, more depending on the fabric type, how packed it is, and how you organize what's inside. 200min- just a little more than a full cycle in my portable washer- usually does the trick for all of my loads, sometimes some things are too close together and it leaves some wet spots. Taking out all the dry things and leaving the damp item in for another 10-20min, or leaving it with the next load, will take care of it. I have a small compact washing machine, that hooks up to my kitchen sink- holds about one tote (reusable-shopping) bag full, which is just the perfect amount for the dryer. This also protects delicate fabrics; sweaters, silk, designer items, stuffed animals, raw edge sewing fabric, ect. We've always had trouble with mouldy fabrics and carpet beetles, from sharing laundry facilities/ public dryers that will not dry all the way- even after eating $20. This is just amazing at killing any germs, and getting things completely dry. Our carpet beetle infestation seems nearly gone. Still some stragglers in the depths of my dad's closet, or things that haven't been touched in years. Working on whittling them down and putting them in a new, sanitary, plastic dresser. To be clear, it does take time. Do not stuff things too dense. But it will save you money and tears. ⚠️ Warning; it does take a lot of electricity. Blown a socket in my horribly-wired apartment a few times (when I've turned on another hog appliance, like a cheap electric kettle, alongside a perpetually running gaming computer, 4 lamps, a large-mini fridge and full size fridge, large freezer, and some other miscellaneous items- all on the same poor weak circut), but it's probably well offset by how much you're saving from laundry mats. As for the wrinkle free claim... not really true. Will prevent wrinkles if your item is already smooth, but it won't take wrinkles out. It also doubles a space heater in the winter! You might want to run it outside in the summer, or maybe in the bathroom or un/under used room.

Love this product. Bought it for my mom. Perfect if you don't have a 240 outlet. the only issue are the assembly instructions; they didn't have a parts list and to me they were not as detailed as some assembly instructions. Especially when it came to the fan. And I wish I wish it would come with something that may be.It's weighted down the backside of it because the front is a little heavy with the fan. But that can be remedied with some ingenuity. 2 tips: 1. Before assembly locate, the long plastic pieces that have the smaller holes so you can use those for the base so the wheels will fit in the smaller holes. And 2. make sure you only assemble the bottom shelf and rods and then put on the cover and then finish assembling. They tell you that I just missed it :) I had two parts left over, and I still don't know what to do with those. But it appears I don't need them. Regardless, I would buy this product over again. It's lightweight, movable seems very efficient and it works. Oh and it seems to be able to fold flat if you needed to put it away.

Worth every penny. I don't even hang dry the clothes before using it and after a couple of hours everything is perfectly dry. It isn't too loud; it runs behind my couch as I watch TV. So happy with this product was compelled to get online and rate it. For those who are t permitted to have washer/dryer units in their apartments, this is your solution!!!

服の収納にもなりますし、不要時は更にコンパクト。 音もとても静かなので、夜中でも服が乾燥させられて咄嗟の時や仕事帰りも助かっています。 機能ですが、オートで設定できる時間で充分乾きます、生乾き臭等も感じたことはありません(大体いつも150分設定にしています)。普通に乾燥機レベルで乾くので、これと洗濯機だけで外干し無しで生活できています。肌着など外に出したくないものだけに使うのもいいかと思います。 また、きちんと販売者の方も対応してくれて、発送も早かったです。

Bit difficult to put together and couldn’t use the top rack as I couldn’t get the cover to fit. But with without the top tier fits perfectly and dried so quickly compared to a normal rack. Obviously not as fast as a tumble dryer but so cheap to run. Light load took just over an hour and heavy load 2.5 so cheap to run and in the winter gives off much needed heat. Highly recommend this it’s made my laundry life a million times easier.
