I don't usually comment but felt I had to after seeing others being very negative.1. The Bag itself is great and for the price amazing!2. The chains are OK they do the job well so for normal standard use will be fine.3. The wall bracket is in two parts so makes it easy to put up but never as good a solid mount however for the weight of this bag will do the job nicely.4. The bolts/raw plugs for the bracket are useless. Nearly all the time the raw plugs you get free with anything are rubbish however these are the worst I have ever seen. THESE DO NOT WORK! however, you can pick up a good set of bolts and raw plugs from B&Q for about £6 that are bigger and better. This is not a big expensive with the money saved on this product from this seller!!!!!Overall great bag and rest of the package is decent with speedy delivery, does need some self purchased bolts (if none already in stock) however even with the cost of that added still great value and I definitely recommend.

Bought for my son for Christmas, easy to install and prefilled option was great. I didn't use wall mount taht came with as we have beams on show so can easy install hook there and hang with chain provided. Works great looks great and few extra stuff in bag was nice bonus for him.

The bag quality is very good and i'm pleased with that aspect. However....The instructions stated that a 10mm drill bit should be used to fit the plugs. RDX supplied very solid looking rawl bolts. the problem is they are 14mm in diameter. They were very helpful and promised to replace these, but sent some flimsy plastic rawl plugs. these were 10mm and fit but lasted all of 2 minutes. I then purchased a 14mm drill bit and whilst 2/3 rawl bolts have held well 1 thread went as soon as it was screwed to the wall. I only hang the bag whilst using it which is disappointing. I wouldn't call myself a DIY genius by any measure, but it would be a great start if the instructions matched the supplied parts. i was also surprised that the customer service team wanted me to sort this out myself and offered to cover the cost of the plugs seemingly knowing that this part of the package was all wrong and substandard

Quick and easy to install.Ideal bag for beginners or home fitness.Personally i will fill the bag more as its a little light when throwing heavy punches.Highly recommend for the price, great value for money.

The punch bag set is great value for money, simple to hang without any issue and was able to do myself. it come with 2 skipping ropes instead of 1. would highly recommend.
