I actually ordered this for my trip to Australia from the US. When I've used my dyson products and a voltage converter, the thing always shorted out so I wanted something I could actually use. Unfortunately for me, it arrived to my home 10 minutes after I left for the airport. BUT I tried it at home recently and was VERY impressed with the quality. I love the temperature read outs and the multiple air flow options. The attachments actually snap on and lock in place which will be nice for maintaining use over time. The handle folds up so it's more compact. It's not like amazingly light but it is definitely lighter than most hair dryers. I used the nozzle attachment and the cool blast and my hair looked just as good as my dyson. This is going to be a great add on for travel.

I bought this as a gift for my wife for a trip to Europe as is dual voltage and it has been a total home run. She’s honestly thrilled with it because it’s so much faster than her old dryer and not that noisy (her own words). I noticed right away that her hair looks a lot smoother and with not much effort. I already use it once or twice without her knowledge (ups...) and It's surprisingly lightweight, which makes a big difference. Seeing how happy she is with the results and how easy it is for her to use makes it a perfect purchase in my book.

I love this hair dryer. For me, the ability to lower the temp in degrees vs my old dryer that just had blazing hot or luke warm with a Cold shot button you had to continuously press is a huge selling point. I’ve seen the reviews and even saw where this dryer has frequent returns, but I have not had a bad experience. Button placement could be a consideration should they make future improvements or upgrades to the dryer, but with repetitive use I’ve learned how to hold and manage the it without issue. It’s quiet, lightweight but powerful, and my hair is smooth and shiny without damage.

Bought as a Christmas gift for the wife she loves it the ability to adjust the heat so your not frying your hair more actually blow dry it. Keeps her hair more healthy this also cut her time in Hafe on doing her hair

Took me a couple of days to get used to it. I had my old dryer for years before it finally quit. But I am older now and changing anything takes me a little longer to adapt. But now, I absolutely love it! It’s very quiet, great to take when visiting the grandkids (can dry my hair without waking them) I love the ‘cold-shot’ button. No need to continuously hold it down. It kind of works like a toggle switch, goes back to regular setting automatically when toggling between your regular setting and cold-shot. Helps make my grey frizzy hair more smooth. I’m thinking about getting another as a replacement. Kind of pricy, but I feel it’s worth it.

I liked the modern design and usability of this dryer. It's also quiet compared to old style ones. Unfortunately I had to return it because it let my curly hair dry and frizzy. It might work well for a straight hair.

This hair dryer has some good stuff going for it. I bought it because my Chi finally bit the dust after eight years, and I wanted a dual voltage hair dryer so I could bring it with me to England this fall. Plus it's quiet, light, and foldable, and it dries my long thick hair quickly. But it makes my hair feel like straw and I don't know why. I'm not returning it, but it will be my travel/backup dryer and I'll be buying another Chi for daily use.

Was looking to replace my dryer that suddenly died. I wanted something lightweight because straightening my hair takes about 20 minutes and holding a heavy drier for that long makes my back hurt. I wanted something high powered to cut dry time but also something that had a low setting for when I wear my hair curly. I bought and returned 3 different driers because the low setting still seemed like hurricane force winds. This blowdryer is powerful enough for a blow out and takes me about 10-15 minutes, but it’s also low enough to dry my curly hair without making it frizzy. It is light enough that it doesn’t hurt my back and I love that folds for travel. I also love that the attachments lock in because it was super annoying when the magnetic nozzle would fall off and it was too hot to try to get back on. I wish I would have found this one sooner!
