Best thing for my overemotional intellectually, disabled daughter. Other moms in our group are using it with their kids as well and find it amazing. You can buy the ingredients of this separately and they do not work, but there’s something about the ingredients combined with chewing that does something that helps calm these kids down wonderful product.!!!

Awful, taste like paint and hardly ever noticed any relaxing effects. Better off taking ashwaganda gummies that you can buy at a drug store. A big fail w this product!

The flavor is good, and I liked the idea of this as an easy alternative to gummies or pills. That part was nice. The downside is the flavor fades pretty quickly, probably within 10 to 15 minutes, so it doesn’t last very long. As for the actual effects, I didn’t notice any real difference in my mood, stress level, or overall mental state. It wasn’t bad, but it also didn’t do enough for me to stand out.

Love this gum. I bought my first pack at natural health food store. It really helped me. Taste great too. Flavor last awhile. Must buy!!!

I did like the Focus gum for flavor and chewing experience, however, I really want the Relax gum. Unfortunately, I have ordered the Relax product twice and received the Focus product. I called Amazon but there isn't anything they can do to ensure that I receive the correct product. But I did like the Focus gum and am hoping to try the Relax gum.
