awesome product
awesome product. Instructions were clear, although my scheduled installation never happened (I did multiple follow up with amazon). would have subtracted one star but there was one broken piece which seller sent me again which shows that they do care about after sell services. So yeah go for it . you will never be disappointed.

Very poor installation guideline
Product is good, spacious but quality of board may be improved. The main problem is installation. This is an important part, but the manufacturer ignored this part at a maximum level. Even the print quality of the guidelines is very poor, probably it is a third class xerox. I found that despite repeated feedback by the customers they didn't care. My experience was same.

Furneaser Company is a fraud
If it were possible to give a negative rating then I certainly would have. Furneaser seems to be run by a bunch of thugs and goons who gas light the customer into believing that the product will be arriving on time. I placed an order on 18.10.2025 and expected date of delivery was 05.11.2025. The app showed the tracking and delivery date as 05.11.2025. On the said date, the product doesn't arrive and date is revised to 12.11.2025. Immediately on 06.11.2025 I have placed a cancellation request. Despite that the product is forcefully delivered to me. I am hounded and threatened night and day by Furneaser call centre executives to take the delivery and cancel the return. Till date no one has come to pick up the smelly cardboard box full. I am contemplating legal action against Furneaser. Avoid this brand Furneaser like the plague.
