Ronnie Coleman Signature Series New Pre Workout Powder for Women & Men, Preworkout with Amino Acid Beta Alanine, L Citrulline, Caffeine for Energy Support, Endurance & Focus, Island Crush, 30 Serving

Good pump through my workout

My favorite preworkout. No headache. Feel the pump in about 10 mins after drinking. My workouts are much more intense and efficient when I use this. Only use 3x per week at most bc I don't want to build up a tolerance for it. Flavor is ok at best.

Ronnie has Great products

I've always been a fan of R.C. and always wanted to try his supplements. I finally purchased his pre-workout. When I received the packaged, everything was completely sealed. As I opened up the container, I immediately obs3rved that the powder had looked like it was already used. There was clumps and a big sticky chunk of it stuck on the scoop. I stopped around the chunks as much as I could to get the actual powder. The best thing about the product was the taste. I immediately requested for a return, but they weren't able to fulfill that. I was told I would receive a refund 9-8-2026. I was told 3-5 business days.

Ain’t nothin but a peanut!

It’s not bad, it does its job.

Whilst this won’t be your favorite pre workout it might be your wallets. It has a pretty decent strength and effects for the price. While it can’t compete with the pres that are $60 that is understandable as it’s double the price. Taste is pretty good and don’t mind it at all. For some reason just a hint of the powder will make you cough. I hold my breath while opening it and putting it inside my drink
