Material is smooth, and nice to hold. Doesn't offer too much protection, as it is a thin profiled case. It wasn't designed for that so nothing against it. The magsafe case is very nice, and all the buttons work as well.

Better than I expected
I was going to return this because the color says black but its actually clear. We were leaving for a trip and I needed a cover and it was too late to try to order a new one so I just put it on my phone. It's the perfect fit and somewhat low profile. It's actually a keeper. Ive already dropped my phone and few times and ita held up great. I do like that the cover also came with a screenshot protector. It was really easy to install amd quick. Even though it wasn't the color i was expecting it's actually working just fine.

What you see is not what you get
The case fits the Moto Razr Fold. The low rating is because what I received is not what the product images show. I contacted customer support. This is a quote from their reply: "I’ve checked with our team regarding the texture issue you mentioned. The cross‑hatch pattern and logos you saw in the product images actually come from the phone itself, not from the case. When our case is installed on the phone, the phone’s original texture and logo show through the case." Now, look at the photos of the case on my phone. Absolutely NOT what the product listing shows, nor what customer service claims. Can you spot the difference in the attached photos? For $24 I got a cheap looking smudge magnet.
