(Trauma Tested) - I use the small kit as my motorcycle medpack, and I have carried it on my bike every day since buying it. Recently, I was hit by a metal ramp that flew off the back of a truck and crashed hard. My kit hit the pavement at 80 and the supplies scattered on the freeway. Despite the high adrenaline situation, I was able to find my pressure bandage in the wreckage, stop the bleeding, and splint my leg. This kit is well organized and the supplies are very high quality. Personally, I would recommend attaching a high quality TQ to the exterior molle, and replacing the booklet with a Sam Splint. Once I'm recovered I plan to buy the same kit, and maybe even replace the kit I use for work with the large version. Overall, this is a great product, and Is the only kit I would buy from desertcart.
